DELIVERY
After the payment reflects into our accounts will dispatch the package & delivery will be within 5-7 working days. We will send the tracking numbers at the customer’s mobile number & email after the dispatchment.
You may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, and/or other duties specific to the destination Country in order to receive your order. These additional fees cannot be collected by us, nor are they controlled in any way by our Store. Please remember that this is not the shipping fee: There are no additional shipping costs.
CARRIERS
EMAN AL AJLAN online store uses SMSA Express for the package deliveries all over Kingdom & local delivery service in Riyadh. As for the Middle East shipments, we are not currently handling outside KSA but will be coming there soon as well.
TAXES AND DUTIES
We ship in the middle east destinations on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis which means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
You can order any product from EMAN AL AJLAN online store for shipping within the KSA only. For other areas, we recommend you get in touch with our Customer Care team who will be happy to assist you in finding an alternative.
